At IMS Medical, we commit to sending a doctor who speaks the same language as the patient as soon as possible. We also manage direct payment with the international medical insurance contracted by the person.
If an ambulance is needed or transfer to a medical center is required, we will coordinate the transport and the necessary healthcare.
IMS Medical doctors have basic diagnostic tools in Playa de Palma. If more comprehensive tests are needed, they will direct the patient to the nearest medical center. If necessary, we can perform some tests on-site where the patient is: electrocardiogram, blood tests, pregnancy or allergy tests… We also do glucose tests and urine analysis on-site. IMS Medical doctors will prescribe the required prescriptions and medications, and if the patient needs surgical intervention or more specialized care, their transfer to a reference hospital or medical center for treatment will be coordinated.
Yes, doctors can provide the medications that the patient needs. We also have a home delivery service for medicines so that the patient can stay in the hotel, villa, or tourist apartment if they cannot go to a pharmacy.

Of course, it is possible to schedule non-urgent consultations with IMS Medical. We have a prior appointment service. An operator will contact you to confirm the appointment and send a doctor. The prior appointment service is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
